The base of my kitchen island had seen some better days, and it was such an eye sore especially as I have spent more time in my home during the pandemic. My kids actually love sitting at the kitchen island, and it gets so beat up so I needed something functional and long lasting. A fresh coat of paint was my first thought, but I have wanted to jump on the new trend of decorative wallpaper for my kitchen island project. I will admit that I am not a DIYer, so I called on Amiracle Design, a DC, MD, VA interior design company who is a leading wallpaper install expert in my area.
Amiracle design was great from the initial consultation, helping me choose the right wallpaper design, to the excellent install! I chose this grey wallpaper since it keeps with the décor of my kitchen, and I love how it turned out!
